This Privacy Policy applies to the Volume Manager Launcher mobile application provided by JTC Developers. The app is designed to provide volume control, sound setting access, audio mode adjustment, and related device sound management tools on supported devices.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Data Collection

We may collect limited technical and usage information needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Application.

• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, and language settings.
• Usage information, such as app screens visited, selected features, and interaction events.
• Diagnostics information, such as crash logs, performance data, and error reports.
• Network-related information used to load ads, online services, and basic app content.

Data Use

Information may be used to provide sound control features, maintain app stability, analyze performance, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, show ads where applicable, and improve the overall user experience.

The Application may access supported device sound settings so users can view or adjust available volume levels, sound modes, ringtone volume, media volume, alarm volume, and notification volume where supported by the device.

Data Processing and Storage

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, improve app quality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Local settings or preferences may remain on your device until you clear app data or reset app preferences. Diagnostic and analytics data processed by third-party services may be retained according to those providers' policies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, app distribution, and related technical operations. These providers may process limited information according to their own privacy policies.

Network access may be used to load ads, online services, updates, and related app content. Advertising identifiers or similar signals may be used by advertising partners where allowed by your device settings and applicable law.

User Rights, Launcher, and Data Deletion

You may manage app permissions through the controls provided by your device operating system. You may stop data collection related to app use by stopping use of the Application.

You can delete local app data through your device settings by clearing the Application's storage or data. You may also contact us to request deletion of information you directly provided to us, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The Application may include launcher functionality. If a user independently chooses to make the Application the default home app through system-provided controls, the home screen experience may differ, including layout, icons, shortcuts, widgets, search surfaces, app arrangement, or other app access surfaces shown on the device.

Your installed apps, app data, and personal files remain on your device. The Application does not delete, hide, or control other apps, and it does not require users to manage other apps.

The Application does not encourage, incentivize, or reward users for managing other apps, modifying device settings, or adjusting system features. Any default home app or permission control is provided by Android, Google Play, or the device manufacturer.

JTC Developers cannot modify device settings, manage a Google Play account, or cancel Google Play subscriptions on a user's behalf. For default home app, refund, or subscription controls, please refer to the instructions provided by Google Play, Android, or your device manufacturer.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
